You will then arrive on a corridor which leads to 1 bathroom/WC, 1 bedroom and 1 the Billiards area and Cinema area.You will go up by a staircase to the duplex where you will find an open kitchen with central island, following a living room composed of a dining room, a large living room and a reading games area with its JOTUL stove. The living room has large windows that allow you to have a magical and panoramic view of the Capcir mountains, and the village. The terrace and land of more than 500m2 access to the fir forest.
