There was no hot water twice. We complained, it was fixed, but by the next morning there was no hot water again. After a long ski day, it was very disappointing.

The room was very clean and spacious and we appreciate the ground floor location. The heat was very noisy , but it worked. We didn't sleep until I turned it off. The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain and it sprayed all over. Thankfully there were plenty of big thick towels to soak it up off the floor. We appreciated the cleanliness of the big, soft beds. An extra blanket would be good. There's no detectable scent, which is good. Our dog is a good traveler and there was another dog , but they were well behaved. My husband said the man in the office was professional and welcoming. The Inn is a good value and very convenient.

You get what you pay for. The staff was pleasant. The room was ok but cleaning could be improved. The main areas bed, bathroom were ok however the air conditioning unit was filthy and thick with dust. The breakfast was very sparse. Mini doungnut size for bagels.

I did the pay at property. Well they took the money it of my account that morning at 7:41am. And my account went negative because I didn’t get paid yet. Pay at property means pay at property not hey let me take your money out before you even get here. Never have I had this problem and we use pay at property all the time. Plus the heating board in the bathroom was messed up and the air conditioner was falling apart. The bed was very uncomfortable. This is an issue. Would like a refund. Very unacceptable. The total was $92.57. Want they returned to my account please. Thank you. Was for sure not worth that much

I have stayed at the Inn multiple times and was very pleased. This visit, our room was not as nice as usual. There was a strong musty smell upon entering that eventually subsided after we opened the windows. The bedding was mismatched, the rug was frayed, and the lighting was poor. It just didn't present a welcoming atmosphere, nor was it the kind of room I was accustomed to staying in while at the Inn. Still a good stay, but the room could use some attention.

The room was what you would expect for this somewhat dated yet comfy, Inn. The price was reasonable. The staff was friendly. The Inn is pet friendly with a reasonable cost. You can tell that upgrades have been done. I think my only complaint would be the bath towels that were offered. It would be nice if they offered something a little larger and not so rough. The location is right off of the interstate which was very convenient. Overall it was a comfy, quiet little place that was reasonably priced.

The website showed it as an inn, not an old Motel. The room smelled musty when we went into it and when we opened the sliding glass door to let in some air, there was black mold along the rim that the glass door rode on.
