The room was absolutely disgusting, floor hadn’t been cleaned, sheets were dirty, the mattress had blood stains on it, the towels were stained and smelled like mildew. There was no remotes for tv or heater. When I went to talk to the gentleman about the condition of the room, he laughed at us and said that it is what it is and that there is other hotels if we were unhappy. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!

The room HVAC worked but is noisy. I don't mind because i like to sleep to white noise. Decent hotel. Not fancy at all. Seasonal prices were high compared to what i usually pay around the country. Vermont hotels seem to always be expensive Only bare essentials in room. Good tv channel selection.

Loud window ac. Bright outdoir lights keep the room semi lit all night as pull down blinds did not fully cover the windows. Nice and friendly staff. Several parking spots had portable storage containers. Slight mold in shower and dirty bathroom flooring.

Everything seems newly updated but the air conditioner is so loud even when turn the fan speed into lowest. My whole sleep was interrupted by smelling smoke plus the air conditioner noise. Found the blanket has yellow stained and wetted! Did ask for blankets changed and extra bed sheets. Gladly appreciate the front desk’s staff is helpful. Coffee and soda dispenser mostly out of order.

The room below my room was occupied by very noisy people, loud talking, loud TV, it was very unpleasant all night long. The noise comes easy through the ceiling and walls. When I called the hotel reception at 4 am I got a voicemailbox, and later no reaction back. When I entered the room in the evening, there was no warm water and the next morning it was lukewarm.

The air conditioner was great. But the floor was dirty, tub full of dirt and scum. Water smelled weird and a friend refused to drink it so I did not either.The smoke alarm was hanging off the wall in two pieces and obviously did not work. There was no coffee/coffee maker. One bed spread had blood stains on it. I did not expect much but rooms all over town were sold out due to events and fall leaf peeping. It was a 6.0 review level on google but it should be like a 3 or 4. Camping outdoors would have been cleaner.

Beds are very uncomfortable and Very noisy area. The outside and inside have poor appearance, I would not recommend this hotel to no one , pay a little more and stay in a better hotel

The picture that they use for this motel have to be random stock photos. The motel itself is rundown and sad. We opened the door to our room and were smacked in the face with a smokey / garbage smell. I looked at the tiny room and listened to all the noise outside and knew we wouldn't be able to relax at all. I found the Black Mountain Inn and luckily they had a room available. I'm in disbelief that Travelodge and Wyndham do not check on "their" properties. I really am going to fight for a refund.
