"The room is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay very much. Suggestion on communciation: Please communicate more precisely so as not to customer's anxiety. On the check-in day, the payment was not successfully processed due to glitches on my credit card. I was informed that my reservation had been canceled. I had to rebook my reservation subject to availability. I was panick and was enroute with pretty noisy background. I might have behaved not very politely on the phone when talking to the staff to fix the reservation problem. I apologized for that. Had I not been told my reservation was canceled but pending, I would have behaved more calmly. "

The beachwalk...just several minutes from our driveway, absolutely everything we needed for cooking, the immaculate private pool, ...sigh. ...still smiling. No hiccups!"

Santos built the house and was super helpful with how to work the pool, lights, waterfall etc. The outdoor patio area was by far the most beautiful place to enjoy mornings and evenings of any short term rental Ive ever stayed in."
