"Nice room, Wifi worked well and the staff at the reception desk were very helpful. These rooms do not have A/C or fans, something not mentioned in the listing. I was not uncomfortable, just something to take into consideration. If you plan to go to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Preserve, this hotel location is ideal. It is directly across the street from the Visitor center. The hotel property is beautiful. "
