Amazing place. The photos are very accurate. Great location close to groceries and restaurants and of course across the road from a great beach. Great view. Great pool in the condo complex. Kids had a ton of fun all day long. One review mentioned about pool rules but we didn’t run into any issues or rules.Since the house was not booked on our last day, the host graciously let us check out super late. No checkout instructions! Not sure if I can find anything to complain about.

Happy to Rent Again

This is a safe, wonderful property that is great for a large family, 2 families, or a group of many friends. The development is a little strict on noise and the kids using the pool, but all in all, we had a great time. The property manager was awesome and attentive to our questions and needs. I recommend not renting a car in Puerto Vallarta. It was unnecessary, added a lot of expense to our trip, and was a hectic headache to return at the airport.
