Welcome to Villa Erika, an elegant townhouse nestled in the marvelous region of Is Molas. Villa Erika is a delightful and comfortable home with a large 50sqm terrace offering a breathtaking view of the coast, the Nora tower, the magical backdrop of the mountains, and the vast blue sea.



The house, recently renovated by the new owners, has an independent entrance from the veranda at the back, leading to a very bright living area thanks to the large window, with a lounge area and TV, fireplace, and dining area. The practical and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, etc.) also opens onto the living room.

The sleeping area consists of a spacious master bedroom with a sea view from the window, a second bedroom with 2 beds/double bed and a window overlooking the veranda, and a renovated bathroom with a shower and window.

The large terrace is bright yet shaded, perfect for enjoying every moment of the day. It features a lounge area and a dining area with a table, outdoor kitchen, and barbecue.
