The house is a detached home with a beautiful, private garden. It is located in a gated community—very quiet and secluded—nestled in a stunning pine forest that stretches all the way to the beach, about 200 meters away. Ideal for couples or families with young children and/or teenagers. The garden is equipped with a barbecue and a shower with hot and cold water—a must after a day at the beach.
Kitchenware is provided for six people. The full range of large and small appliances ensures a pleasant and peaceful stay. You’ll have full cooking facilities, just like at home, for both adults and children: you won’t notice any difference from your daily routine.
The nearby beautiful, secluded beach—with free access and parking—is easily reached on foot. It also offers food and beverage services and the option to rent beach umbrellas and lounge chairs at reasonable prices. There is also a lifeguard service, as well as security and surveillance.
The resort is located near the beautiful beaches of Chia, Campana, Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, Tuerredda, and Porto Pino—home to the magnificent “Sabbie Bianche” dunes—as well as many others with pristine coastlines free of residential development. There are opportunities for fantastic walks along the coastline with towering cliffs and breathtaking views (for example, a fantastic view from the Capo Spartivento lighthouse).

The unit is spread over two floors, totaling approximately 60 square meters.
