Loved the nature, well kept grounds and family friendly atmosphere. Swim up bar was closed for most of our stay for maintenance which is fine. Just not many other options on areas to get a drink. I will say something changed within the last year. The drinks especially margaritas weren't as good as our previous 2 stays. The food across the board also seemed a step below from what we were used to on this property. Maybe it was an off visit but we will be back to see. We still love this place and will be back and hopefully things will be like they used to be.

We called twice about our AC not working on the one room and they never fixed it they wanted me to switch rooms but all my clothes were already out of my luggage and my restroom stuff. They said we will fix it but never did

The staff were absolutely amazing. Every single one. Food and drink top notch. They accommodated any requests and even offered things we didn’t know we wanted. Lovely hotel and grounds. We had a truly pleasant stay! The accommodations and overall experience were excellent. Everything was well taken care of, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Lo mejor: servicio al cliente. Desde el personal de la alberca (Jacinto), playa (vidal), recepción (todos), ama de llaves (Laura), meseros en ambos restaurantes (Raúl en particular). Suficientes camastros (aunque hay quienes los apartan a pesar de supuestamente no estar permitido y alguna que otra gente con sus bocinas). Cuartos amplios, limpios y todo funcionando a la perfección. Buena comida y bebida (nosotros optamos por todo incluido y excelente). Gerencia al pendiente de todo. Altamente recomendable.
