Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condo and the building's common areas. Guest's visitors are welcome to visit inside the condo, but access to the common areas is restricted to guests with a current reservation only.

- The common pool areas including the pool and Jacuzzi are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The use of "Yeti thermos" is allowed in the pool.
- The gym is open from 7 am to 10 pm. (It is mandatory to bring your own towel)

Other details to note
Visitor’s policy: Renters are allowed to receive up to 2 visitors per day. They must be registered at least 1 hr. in advance. Each visitor must leave an ID at the front desk for time they are in the building. Visitor hours are from 9 am and they cannot stay past 12:00 a.m. They do not have access to the common areas (pool, gym, etc.). at any time.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may result in a fine of $2,000 Mexican Pesos or more.

Renters must be at least 25 years old. Weekly maid service is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Household supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
