street noise could be loud because the patio glass doors have a huge gap, also being on the 2nd floor of the building. room was clean when we got there but the shower heads were clogged up with water spraying in different directions from each small nozzle. we cleaned it though, you're welcome. We never had housekeeping service so we don't see a reason to leave a tip, we were there for 5 nights. we washed our towels too. Evander up on the pool deck is very friendly and entertaining. would stay at pier 57 again but not by Naya.
