Staff is extremely friendly, more so, the staff ensures that you are totally satisfied with your requests and provides suggestions when venturing out. I would absolutely stay here again. We were greeted with smiles and a very helpful bellboy. Front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were in need of pesos and wanted to get the best rate so one of the front desk staff thoroughly explained how to get to the nearest bank. The breakfast and service staff were so friendly and polite.
