Staff was great and room was nice. Downside was the nonstop noise from the plaza outside. Bells would ring every 20-30 minutes from church or wherever. I found it very difficult to sleep with all the noise. Location was really convenient for Malecon, restaurants and beach.
This was a great stay. I was impressed with the location and the staff. Everyone was helpful and attentive. The room was a good quality and Olivia did a great job keeping it nice for me. I loved the roof top deck and could not believe how easy a walk it was to everything in the Centro and Romantic zone. Top quality beds by the way. The water pressure was good but the hot water was more warm than hot. However, it was not a problem. If you are super noise sensitive you might not love it, not because of any fault of the hotel or staff but because it is near the Malecon with lots of festivals and performances going on every evening, heads up, but to me it was a plus! Thanks to the staff, I would definitely stay again!
Great everything; amazing stay! We are already booking our trip for next year.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Upside: clean, good AC, nice, firm bed Bad: cold shower, no nook/handrail in shower or stairwell, noisy from construction drilling, homeless in park, and busy road, noisy bathroom fan, no international TV stations, no coffee in morning as promised

Location is prime 2 minute walk from the Malecón. Staff is super friendly and the entire hotel is very clean. It can get a bit loud because of the live music that the play outside of the hotel but it was tolerable. Overall I would recommend.
This was a super clean facility with individual a/c in the room. Parking is difficult but walking to local shops, restaurants and boardwalk/water front is super easy! Oxxo literally next door. Beautiful well kept plaza right in front of hotel. Hot water was an issue the first day but was corrected wirhin 2 days. Make sure your breakfast is really included because it is very misleading.
It was our anniversary and thw staff went out of their way to make it memorable. They ordered my flowers for me, gave us a complimentary bottle of wine, and were great overall.
Close to waterfront, restaurants, and shopping.
Dislikes......elevator was still being installed and had to go to a common area and make your own pot of coffee....would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

I would have loved to given a 5 star but I could not in good conscience.
Hotel clerks were very nice and sweet. The ladies who served the delicious free breakfast on the roof top were very kind and attentive. The room was so white bright and cleaned, they looked as if they had been sterilized for surgery. Hotel is ideally located.
Now here are the bad parts. I had no hot water for the 4 days I was there. The hallways felt like a sauna. I would have to wait hours to flush the tolilet unless I removed the top of the tank and filled it with water to flush it. I realized this on my second day. I had a 5th of a roll of tissue in my bathroom when I arrived. The doors to your room does not automatically shut(safety issue)Before checking out they send someone to room to check the room.I was charged $500 peso to replace a hand towel and 2 larger towels. I washed my face with soap 1st there was make residue still on my face so I washed again and wiped my face on the towels. I was told that the towels couldn't be cleaned. I was shocked ,n fairness the small towel did have a ink smudge on it. I noticed ink was on my chest and I grabbed the smaller one and wiped it off.
All I can say is that I won't return to this hotel.

Excellent area to stay in , very clean. Biggest compliant is no hot water. Asked about it. They said they would phone management. Still no hot water. Asked 5 times in the 2days we stayed there for this, finally come Monday morning just decided to leave a day early. Checked into different hotel
Great property. Good location. (Little loud)
Rooms clean. Housekeeping services excellent. Front desk nice. Early check in late check out for a fee. AC in room works great. Breakfast was awesome. Breakfast peoples are really friendly.
Only one complain. Elevator did not work.
We had a great stay.
The place was perfect but the staff was very rude and the housekeeping lady said the she put some towels and the towels wasn’t there and the manager said I have the video and he showed me the video and he said do you see she put the small towels in the towels for the floor and I asked him if she put those towels why she didn’t put the big towels and I asked the front desk man for a towels and the manager didn’t answer my question and I have to pay for the two towels the lady housekeeping never put on my room is not for the money but I feel bad because she doesn’t say that true and the manager doesn’t know what to say about it
The hotel did not have a lift service, the rooms are clean and with good finishes, the cleaning staff was very friendly, the only mishap was that the reception staff was not well trained when eating at the hotel they told me that breakfast was included and from one moment to the next it turned out that I had to pay for it, the price is affordable approximately 8 dollars per person but they must be clearer with the benefits that the hotel includes, at no time did they explain to me that the hotel had a jacuzzi I found out at the 3rd day.
Clean and right on the malecon. Rooms have amazing ac, breakfast is available for a small price 10/10 recommend we loved it !
If you get the chance reserve the hot tub in the fooftop you’ll have an amazing view of the cathedral
