Adjacent to PV airport (walkable, but they have a shuttle) and Marina PV, this is a first rate hotel with numerous amenities, excellent service, a terrific breakfast buffet (eggs, chilaquiles, pancakes, fresh juices and fruits etc), and quite reasonable prices. I stayed one night, for a mid afternoon flight. Checkout time of 1 pm much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable, room was modern, large and clean. A high point for me was the infinity style pool (cool and hot areas), gym, and sundeck. Great views from the upper floor. Lobby area is spacious, comfortable, with a good restaurant, gift shop, and pleasantly decorated (lovely Chistmas tree was already up, before Thanksgiving). All staff I encountered were v. friendly, welcoming, and helpful. This property goes to the top of my list for places to stay in PV. Public bus stop across the street will let you take a 10 peso, 15-20 min, ride to the Malecon, Centro etc. Easy to use.

Room was fine but windows are sealed shut and must rely on AC. Buffet breakfast was very good, please add jams for the bread. Gym was small and limited but very much appreciated and better than working out in the rooms. Hallways are not ventilated/AC and not well lit at night.

I would definitely stay here again. Clean rooms, clean facility, the staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast/lunch buffet was 7 AM-1 PM and was tasty. Lastly, the food we ordered through room service was delicious. The only negative aspect I noticed that the hotel could improve is the speed of delivery for room service, which was over one hour. Everything else was great.
