This beautiful Villa is located hillside in upper Concha’s Chinas with breathtaking views of the South Coast and a short drive from the popular Romantic Zone and Los Muertos Beach.
The design is relaxed coastal contemporary with organic details, colorful art and textiles to compliment the setting between the rain forest and sparkling Pacific Ocean.

The villa is a tranquil oasis inside a gated residential complex, approximately 2 miles from town or just a short drive to the bohemian energy of downtown, Romantic Zone restaurants and Los Muertos Beach.

True Paradise!

This villa is everything you see in the photos and more! It is spacious, meticulously cared for, and has some of the most beautiful views. The staff was fantastic - with delicious meals and courteous service. We were traveling with 3 families (totally 6 kids ages 2-6), and it could not have gone smoother. A true "vacation" and we will certainly be returning at some point!

Just what we needed

This home was exactly what our group of ladies needed for out annual Ladies Unplugged trip. The home is magnificent. The pictures do not do it justice. The only thing better than the home was the staff. The service that they provided us was second to none. They made sure that our every need was met. And the food!! The chef prepared the most delicious meals. This was the perfect vacation for a weekend dedicated to personal care, relaxation, and fun with friends. Thank you for allowing Ladies Unplugged to enjoy your home.

Excellent stay, 100% would go back

The team at the house are absolutely incredible! Ismael the houseman greeted us and ensured we had everything we needed from check in to check out. Chef Gabriel served up the most delicious three course meals for us and a very reasonable cost, in fact cheaper then going into town. The house is breathe-taking from the moment you step inside and see that million dollar view. I have nothing bad to stay we were simply blown away and will miss the amazing team.

Quiet and Relaxing Views

This is one of the last houses sitting high up the hill, which provides an awesome and unique view and perspective of PV. Numerous whales could be seen breaching the water each day. Plenty of room for our large group. There's a TV/media room and another lounge room upstairs, which is not clear from the provided pictures. The pool is large and was heated to a comfortable temperature - just remind them to turn the heat on. The staff was fantastic. The food was delicious. All receipts provided for the food/booze that was purchased. Be organized and have plenty of pesos ready each day so the shopping can be done. Highly recommend.
