Excellent resort with a really nice pool and Beach. Excellent for families and the staff are extremely helpful. We stayed in the family selection section the rooms are a little dated I need a little bit of TLC. Other than the rooms the property is immaculate

We had a great time at Grand Palladium Vallarta! The staff was amazing, the pools were great, and the shows at night for the kids were so good. Josue, our butler, was fantastic and was very attentive, giving us the schedule of the day every morning and whenever we had a request, he made sure we got what we needed. We will definitely be going back!

The rooms were very clean. The staff are amazing, very friendly. The food/restaurants were fantastic. The beach was incredible, the water was calm enough to swim. We spent hours swimming in the ocean everyday. We will definitely be back!

Our experience at Family Selection was excellent! Our family butler Josue, made the trip especially meaningful. He was able to get medication for a family member who forgot theirs at home, decorated for a birthday and checked in with us daily. Josue seems to really love his job and his genuine desire to help make our stay special was amazing!
