The entire unit has the drain smell the dishwasher doesn’t work and there it’s not so many plastic dishes that offer to take to the pool and I would like that the property was sound proof. Other than that the unit was perfect for our stay and visit around the city. The staff is really friendly with the people

Positive: Central in the cruse ship zone….directly beside Walmart, Sams and the Galleria mall Beautiful clean building with pool and exercise room Negative: The check in procedure was not smooth. We were threatened with cancellation if we didn’t e transfer the funds before we even arrived at the property. When we booked, according to Hotels.com were due at checkin of the property. We were worried about getting scammed so we wanted to be sure we were at the correct place before we paid. In the end we got it worked out, but it was not a smooth process. The internet did not work. We reset the device , but it was horrible slow and sporty There was no hot water. The. Est we could get from any Fawcett, including either shower , was luke warm. Noisy, noisy, noisy! Only single pain windows, and right on 200, so all night traffic, horns and ambulance. Even with earplugs it was incredibly noisy. It stated in the add 9.8. I would rate it closer to 3.8.
