This one-bedroom, one-bath unit has a great sense of Mexican charm with beautiful oceanfront views from the living/dining room and private balcony. The building's unique location allows easy access to the highway from the front-side, while also being able to take stairs directly down to the beach from the other side of the building. The rooftop common area features a pool, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, and lounge chairs overlooking the ocean.

The unit is ideally located on the street-level from the front-side, allowing for no-stair access with luggage, groceries, etc. Also boasting a matrimonial (full) bed with large pullout couch, the unit has a 75" and 55" smart TV's,and a patio dining space with fantastic views.

The unit has an electronic doorlock for which we will provide a code prior to your arrival.

Guests have access to all amentiies in the building.

Instructions for accessing the unit via door-code will be provided prior to arrival but we are avaialble anytime during the stay for any questions or concerns.

STAIRS: Please note, while the unit is located on the street-level from the building's front side, the building does not have an elevator so two levels of stairs are required to access the rooftop pool.

Beach Access: Walking to the beach from the unit also requires four flights of stairs to the base of the building (Santa Barbara Street) and then a public stairwell from Santa Barbara street down to the beach.

Laundry: There are common-area laundry machines on the first level of the building which take tokens for use (25 pesos per wash or dry).
