We stayed here last year and loved it, but under new Royal Holiday ownership the experience has gone downhill. What was once a relaxing trip turned into frustration from the start. The Good: Spacious Grand Suite (perfect for two couples) Decent-sized pool Quieter than the busy Romántica Zone The Bad: Check-in dragged on for 30 minutes with no explanation Forced into a “90-minute” timeshare pitch that lasted 4 hours; staff wouldn’t let us leave and became rude when we declined Promised extras for attending were never delivered Cockroaches in the rooms and a dirty private hot tub Staff gave conflicting information, making it hard to trust anything they said Pool bar refused us service an hour before posted closing time Strong smoke smell from nearby rooms — complaints didn’t resolve it Bottom Line: The suite and pool were nice, but the aggressive timeshare tactics, poor cleanliness, and lack of customer service overshadowed everything. Sadly, we won’t be back — next time we’ll choose another resort or an Airbnb.

This property is perfectly located just a short distance from the beach. The poolside area is impeccably maintained, and the staff provides exceptional service, making it great value for money. Wonderful Experience at Club Regina!

We just got back from a stay at Club Regina and honestly, we loved it. Right from the start, the staff were so friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful — it really made a difference. The location is amazing. You can watch the sunset every evening and it’s just beautiful — one of our favorite parts of the trip. Breakfast was another highlight for us. Every morning there was a delicious spread with plenty of choices, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. It’s true that the property is a bit older, so there were a couple of small hiccups here and there. But what really impressed us was how quickly the management stepped in to help out and make things right. Big thumbs up to them for caring so much about their guests. Overall, we feel Club Regina gives you excellent value for what you pay — great service, stunning views, and a warm, welcoming vibe. We also want to give a special shoutout to a few people who made our stay extra special: • Rene and Alexis — the chefs who made every meal so good. • Carla and Antonio at the front desk — always kind and ready to help. • Damien, the activity manager — he kept things fun and lively. • Adriana Sanchez, the general manager — it’s clear she runs a great team. We really appreciated everyone’s effort and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

INCREÍBLE, pero mala atención al cliente

La playa es preciosa, de las vistas ni hablar... Los cuartos están bien distribuidos y espaciosos. El hotel fue construido por Sordo Madaleno arquitectos, y se nota. Hay muchas actividades que hacer: voley de playa y en alberca, football, aquaerobics, 3 restaurantes, 1 cafetería y 3 albercas. ¿Lo único malo? Que en recepción te tratan con desprecio, encima el trámite es pesado y con su carácter lo empeoran. No obstante, volvería... porque todo lo demás hizo de la estancia muy agradable.
