Spotless rooms, helpful housekeeping staff, friendly front desk and bellman. The highlight is always the excellent staff at the recreation center by the pool. Hard to find a more dedicated and hardworking staff with continuous smiles and their water aerobics classes were fantastic! Thank you Cesar, Carla, Rosa, Job, Antonio, Mayra, Gustavo and Ivan for making our time together so enjoyable!!!

Appreciated the size of the Club Suite with kitchen/dining/living room. Everything was in great condition in the room. The room service was perfect. The grounds were extremely clean and comfortable. Just loved our stay here and the value for the money we paid.

Requested an extra frying pan never got it. The pool has no place to sit comfortably. The waiters at the restaurant were not very friendly. Pool side service was pretty much nonexistent. Property needs a refresher. Did like the marina area to explore. Room was cleaned everyday and the bed was comfortable. Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor whenever taking a shower.

This is a great property that we have stayed in 9 times since 2017. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the rooms are clean, but the furniture is dated and could use a cleaning/replacing in many of them. The staff are lovely and friendly as always. The only issue we really had was the new beach loungers….they are very uncomfortable, and some had signs of wear already. We always switched out to the older style beach chairs, and hopefully they keep some of those around! All in all, it was another nice holiday and we will be returning to this great location in PV.

The location of our room was not good, way in a corner with terrible view. The lay out of the place and location of the elevators results in a lot of backtracking if you have a room "off the beaten track". That said, it was very clean. Staff were wonderful. Food was good but not great. We had a one bedroom the first night, the fridge seal was broken in that room. We had a two bedroom the second and third night, the microwave didn't work in that room.
