The room was great, and the staff was courteous. There is no front desk; you communicate through WhatsApp, but it's not an issue, and they are very responsive. I locked myself out of my room at 1 am and they came to the rescue immediatly.

A little piece of paradise right on the edge of town but still so close to the beach and restaurants. Our room was beautiful, the housekeeping amazing, the included breakfast was delicious and of course the property and pool was a highlight. Loved the little extras like beach chairs and umbrellas. This place is absolute paradise. On the outskirts of downtown Sayulita, it's great if you dont want to be in the heart of the action, but still close enough to enjoy. Staff were nothing but helpful, kind, and positive. Sayulita is a gem, and so is Casa Nawalli. Highly recommend, i'll be staying here when I go back.

I absolutely love Casa Nawalli! It's my Go-To in Sayulita for many reasons such as the amazing staff, starting with Oswoldo, who's an absolute gem, very accommodating and an overall kind hospitable person. The grounds of the hotel are gorgeous, it's a little tropical oasis tucked away in a quieter easily walkable part of town with cute bars, restaurants within its immediate vicinity. I highly recommend this hotel, it's also wonderful for solo travelers!

Great spot to relax away from the crowds!

Very cute hotel hidden a few blocks away from Sayulita's busy center! Very clean and well-decorated room. Hotel's premises are also great with kitchen, barbecue, swimming pool and cafe/restaurant onsite. Oswaldo was also a great manager and helped us troubleshoot any issues we had, thank you! Would come again!

Our stay at Casa Nawali was amazing. The staff were beyond friendly and attentive. The grounds /garden of the hotel are impressive and well kept. The boutique environment was exactly what we needed especially compared to the hectic party vibe of central Salyulita but still a short walking distance. If you're looking for an oasis this is a great bargain for what you get.

This property was so cute! They have the entire garden oasis narrowed down to every detail. So many birds and butterflies, a fire and a heated salt water pool that also has a fire and a mini kitchen should you decide to make your own meals. The management was accommodating, great with referrals and made us feel completely safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the same area.

Oswaldo and his staff were amazing! Oswaldo was very welcoming and kind. We ordered housekeeping everyday and Señora Angy did a fantastic job each time. Our shower head had an issue and Oswaldo had an employee replace it same-day. We’re excited to come back!

The hotel is a cute little oasis with a lovely pool, nice room and good breakfast. However, apparently there is a new bar right next door, so it definitely wasn’t the ‘quieter, off the beaten path, environment I expected. Serious earplugs are a must!

The hotel was in beautiful condition and the grounds were impeccable. The staff was the best part however as they made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and that our trip was a great as possible. Construction is taking place in one corner of the property but that did not negatively impact us at all

However, the area around the hotel was quite loud as the street was very busy and there was a loud bar 2 doors down from our room. When it got too loud we went to the pool or beach. Great spot

Great location, ideally located. Great service, super staff. 5 minutes walk from downtown, no noise from the party zone ;) Only thing is that the lobby is in renovations and it's a little noisy early AM and during the day. But manageable. They are building a great add-on. Will be back.
