Right next to the beach 🏖️ and the staffs are wonderful especially the front desk his name is Alberto have excellent customer service top notch went above and beyond to meet my needs as a guest, friendly respectful and professional. Also the security guard at night was also wonderful helpful and respectful. I will be coming back for sure 👍

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our visit. A special mention goes to the lady at the front desk when we arrived around 3:00 PM—she was incredibly helpful, professional, and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. Her excellent customer service really set the tone for our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. We would happily stay here again in the future.

One of the room's balconies fell off three weeks before my arrival on July 24th, 2026. The front desk staff did not give me a warning to avoid using the balcony altogether. Luckily, I have a friend who had moved to Puerto Vallarta several years ago and got all the juicy local news and warned me about what happened at the Blue Chairs property Scarry!
