Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I’m really disappointed we stayed there for six days and the most important thing wasn’t working which was the air conditioner, we contact them and they said someone was suppose to come and checked for us but the truth it’s we didn’t even know if they showed up and they call us the next day to give us and update on the air conditioner which was bad news that they couldn’t fixed we had to run to Walmart and buy some fans are self’s and the other thing was the bathrooms shower the lid for the drains were lose and the whole drain was open .. they did offer us to move to another location which was not near the beach and they reimburse us like $160.00 because of the air conditioner issue

Si reservas no es nada seguro que te respeten la reserva o que no te cancelen. No dan opciones reales para compensar, su comunicación es intermitente (no contestan en el teléfono). Me cancelaron a 48 horas del viaje por cuestiones de falta de mantenimiento de la unidad. ¡NO LO RECOMIENDO!
