Wide hallways and open living space will make you proud to call it home during your stay! Enjoy the salt water pool or the Palapas on the senic beach Playa Esmeralda. Quiet 33 unit condo building, 15 min South of the Romantica zone and all the amazing restaurants and shopping it offers. 10 min from the charming fishing village and beach of Mismaloya. Watch whales from the balcony when in season. Locals come from far away to enjoy some of the clearest waters in Vallarta. Dont worry as the beach in front of the condo is quiet with private lounge chairs and palapas. It offers some amazing snorkeling and it seems there is a resident turtle often swimming about. Relaxing trip

We enjoyed every part of our stay at Brad’s penthouse condo. Brad was a very helpful host and made the check in process easy. He also quickly responded to any questions I had by message. We loved the location and the amazing views-we saw whales multiple times from the balcony! Thanks for an amazing stay.
