I went here to celebrate my bday with my BF and best friend. We had an amazing time. The property has a lot to offer. Many restaurants and even food trucks and vendors near the pool during the day. The staff is very helpful and kind. Rio Grande is a beautiful location. We explored the rainforest, went on a boat excursion to palominos island and did the bioluminescence tour (which I do not recommend if you do not wear long sleeves and are fully covered otherwise we’ll be eating alive by mosquitoes). I will definitely return to this property. The next time I visit Puerto Rico.

It was a big resort so it never felt crowded. Even though the trolleys are available 24/7, I think the property is walkable- I Walked most of the time. The staff was really nice and helpful. They have a good selection of snacks, foods, sundries, Etc so if you forget to pack something they'll most likely have it. Food was excellent.

This is the perfect resort if you are looking to escape and just relax. It has everything you don’t have to leave. It’s so big we had to call to get trolled around. Staff was always so hospitable and nice. Definitely would stay again.

The only thing I did not like about the trip was the bugs on the beach ate us alive. Other than that, it was one of my best experiences in my life.

I was robbed by the cleaning staff from the in-room safe on my first night! The “tiny map”given states they cannot be responsible for items if not placed in the in-room safe or the safe at the front desk…however, they also have another tiny card that states they are not responsible for items placed in the safe! What was the purpose of the safe if my items are not safe! For this alone I would love to give 1 star. But overall I did enjoy my stay, just beware to keep your values on your person!!!
