Property was amazingly beautiful 😍. Gorgeous site. Very clean, staff was cleaning around the clock. Pool area very nice. Plenty of seating area away from the sun. Put put, basketball, tennis, large chess pieces.

Room was in great condition but construction of the main pool and work out facility made stay a little less enjoyable than is should have been. The cleaning staff / maid service (our person for room 170) was amazing

this is not a bad hotel but it's definitely dated for a Hilton. Also the beach is underwhelming,and the bugs WILL bite you. If you can go stay at el Conquistador.

The pool Is very crowded so we wanted to use the beach but there are only four beach chairs and two umbrellas. People had to drag chairs from the pool area to th beach - the resort should provide chairs every morning on the beach even if the store them on the property - they should bring the chairs in the morning for guests so the guests do not have to jump them to the beach!

Upon arrival and checking in I asked the front desk employee if they have a concierge. She said “No we don’t, we are the concierge!” We wanted to book an excursion to go to Culebra and zip lining. After numerous attempts to different staff members we had no help. I very disappointed to say the least. The staff should have the information and resources to help guests schedule excursions. The food selection was very minimal to say the least especially for what we paid for the trip. Not a very wide selection at all. The beach area…. WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! They had a very small concrete area, maybe 12 feet by 12 feet and a very small beach area. The pictures on the resort site are very deceiving, the actual resort looks nothing like the site in person. I’ve stayed at numerous Hilton resorts but I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
