The beds had stains or marks on the sheets that looked dirty. Property stated we had received emails regarding check-in. Upon review they had not sent a check-in location nor was there a mention of a deposit after paying, months in advance. Water in showers never got warmer than tepid. Amazing stay, enjoyed overall. Would recommend to others and would use again

Experience was terrible AC unit was not cooling, They Change us to another Villa and was the same, the weather was too hot and humid. The AC units needed at least 2 days to cool down the Villas. First night we had to get a hotel to stay for the first night. They offered us to stay for an extra night, but of course we didn’t take it. The thermostat on both Villas were 88 at 11:00 PM. Really hot.
