Welcome to your private Spanish-style villa, located inside the exclusive gated Mayan Lakes residential community, just 2 miles (about a 5-minute drive) from the luxurious Mayan Palace and Grand Mayan Resort. Overlooking a serene estuary and wildlife sanctuary, this beautifully decorated home offers both privacy and full access to all resort amenities.

As a guest, you’ll enjoy access to five-star restaurants, a lazy river, multiple heated pools including an indoor option, a full-service spa, a kids club, tennis courts, a fully equipped fitness center, and a private beach. Golf enthusiasts can take advantage of discounted rates at the world-class Jack Nicklaus 18-hole golf course, located along the Pacific Ocean and the estuary at the Grand Mayan Resort. The resort also offers daily activities like beach volleyball, drink-mixing classes, painting, and occasional concerts or live entertainment.

The home features old-world charm with Santa Fe-style décor and comfortable furnishings. It includes three bedrooms and can sleep 7 (possibly 8 with children). The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. For entertainment, there is Wi-Fi and three Smart TVs with Fire Sticks for streaming.

Outside, you’ll find two pools—one is a side-yard splash pool/jacuzzi tub, and the other is a larger swimming pool. The rooftop patio is perfect for sunset happy hours or night-time stargazing, complete with a fireplace and wet bar. With minimal light pollution in the area, you can enjoy clear views of meteor showers, constellations, satellites, and the Milky Way. The home also has both gas and charcoal grills for outdoor cooking, whether you're grilling local shrimp or dining al fresco.

The surrounding estuary fills and empties with the tides twice a day, attracting birds, fish, and other wildlife right to your backyard. Guests are welcome to use the home’s kayaks to explore the natural beauty up close.

Wristband & Resort Access Details:
All guests must be pre-registered at the time of booking in order to access the Grand Mayan Resort amenities. Upon arrival, guests will check in at the Grand Mayan lobby to receive wristbands. These wristbands are required to use any of the resort’s pools, restaurants, gym, spa, golf course, and other facilities. Only registered guests will be granted access, and wristbands are non-transferable.

Please note: The home comes with a limited supply of paper products—guests should bring extra, along with beach towels and toys.

Pet Policy: Dogs under 25 lbs are allowed with prior approval. A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies. Aggressive breeds are not permitted.
