Sonoran Sea W-507 Oceanfront Condo

Newly remodeled two bedroom condominium is a level above the competition. The unit has a great sense of style throughout that will make you want to come back again and again.

~ Get together on the plush L shaped living room sofa. You will also find a wall mounted TV, and a nice east chair as well. There is a raised dining table that seats two also for meal times.

~ The kitchen contrasts all white counters and back splash with a deep black countertop, set with three raised seats. New appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and a washer and dryer in a separate utility room make this kitchen really complete.

~ The main bedroom fronts the ocean, with a comfy king bed, dresser, TV, mirrored closet, with private bathroom and balcony access. The guest bedroom offers a king bed, TV, closet, dresser, and a bathroom across the hall. Both bedrooms are white on white like the kitchen, with double sink vanities, large mirrors, glass shower stalls, and pebbled shower floors, all with custom fixtures.

~ The balcony is outstanding. With epic views across Sandy Beach, enjoy a tropical drink on one of the two raised Adirondack style chairs. Or gather at the low sofa and table, just right for a board game or conversations into the night.

~ The condominium is completely remodeled, taking it a step beyond other units at the Resort. Enjoy unique touches in the kitchen like the custom counter top, tiled back splash, and cabinets. The bathrooms are updated as well. The sliding door to the balcony allows two sections to open, really connecting the condo to the outside space. This is the only unit at the Resort like this!

This condo is spectacular. Let’s start with the entrance, beautiful remodel, very clean and comfortable furniture. The patio has every type of seating you will need. We have stayed in lots of condos in Puerto Peñasco and this is our favorite to date. We will be back.

Sonoran Sea Stay for three nights

I love staying at the Sonoran Sea or Spa Resort properties. The security always puts me at ease & we can walk to several fun spots. The resort is clean & the staff are all very nice.The room was great except for a couple issues.The ceiling had a leak, I believe due to condensation from the A/C. This seemed to stop on its own. The microwave does not work. The oven doesn't heat properly. There are no large bowls for salad or pasta. There are no wine or Margherita glasses. There was only one dish towel for the kitchen. The hairdryer in the master bath didn't work but we found 2 in the guest bath.Some pool floats would be nice & maybe some beach stuff. Other than that, we really enjoyed the unit.

When we checked in we were told that the information in the original listing was incorrect and had to move to a 3 bedroom. It was not in the best shape. Floors were dirty, towel rack was bent and warped, the hand towel rack came out of the drywall with a touch, the water cooler leaked so we had to make a switch real quick and the water pressure in the kitchen sink was so bad we had to do dishes in the main bathroom. We have stayed at this resort before and were really disappointed in lack of care for this condo. ASIDE FROM THAT....Sonoran Sea is in a good location with restaurants and bars close by. The beach is clean and so is the adult pool.

Very nice property..bed sheets in guest room were not changed...had hair from previous guest.. we had to wash ourselves..before going bed on the first night of arrival... cleanliness..for appointment could have been better..apartment should come with broom/dust pan..so one could pick-up any spillage....
