This home presents 5 bedrooms/bathroom suites, and a private ocean side patio with outside kitchen and pool. World class sunsets color every evening. High tides bring warm, shallow waters perfect for a swim. Low tides expose tide pools that stretch to the horizon.

Each bedroom has a luxurious California King bed and luxury linens. A smart TV is in each one, and each has it's own balcony. Each has a private bathroom with a glass stalled shower. The bedrooms have contemporary built in closets as well. A large soaking tub is featured in one of the bedroom, where you can gaze out towards the sunset.

There are two garages with additional parking outside. The home has it's own washer and dryer as well.

This two story home has four upstairs bedrooms. On the first level is another bedroom suite. Here too is the main living room that looks out through large windows to the mountains and sea beyond. There are comfortable sofas, chairs, and a large Smart TV as well. The home has Wifi too.

The main common area as you enter has an oversized dining table, and a kitchen with it's own large island. There are many bar stools here, and a well laid out kitchen with all of the appliances and more that you may want.

Along the shore is the main patio. Here you find a 5 foot deep private pool, and a shaded kitchen area. High backed stools and a BBQ grill make this THE place to hang out with friends and family.

Located minutes from Rocky Point's fun beaches and nightlife, Islas Del Mar is known for it's rolling golf greens, palm trees, and winding lagoons. This unique landscape is home to lots of wildlife, and has a real desert oasis felling. The Jack Nicklaus designed golf course is well regarded, and guests are offered a discount. The Crane is the club house restaurant, and serves up exceptional fare.

Paddle boarding, aqua bikes, swimming and more are just some of the recreational choices at Islas Del Mar.
