The owner was attentive & the property was well stocked. Casago rental service was awful. No service or returned calls for days. They said they had conciere service. Nothing was maintained (no beds made, towels, minimum clean up)during our visit. There was a leak from upstairs & maintenance came in without letting us know or leaving a note to let us know they were there. Unprofessional & inconsiderate.

Very nice room I believe we have stayed her before . The microwave didn’t work unfortunately but other than that it was a great stay. Right next to the elevator too! Bonus The new Casiago check in that’s a few blocks away didn’t really like it .

We love the pool at las palomas, it is always well kept. I didn't realize this rental was through a different management so when we got there early to enjoy the pool we were unable to check out towels because we were only allowed to use the ones in the condo.
