Just 14 individual studios and 1 bedroom units complete with access to community patios to watch incredible sunsets with your favorite bottle of wine. Come enjoy a weekend, or longer for a romantic getaway. This fun spot is right in the mix of the hottest fun spot in Puerto Peñasco.
This is a private vacation residence for the owner. Please respect the property and the neighbors. No Pets. No parties. You may use the upper patios located on the second floor and the patio leading to the third-floor patio above units 205 and 206. The patio above unit 300 is private and is not to be disturbed.
Please no loud music and no smoking on the premises.

1st. Night was rough. Next door room after 3am was over the top. Music in the room and banging on walls is not okay at this time. 2nd night was a lot better. Neighbors moved out. This room was very nice and clean. Has everything you need. Very close to Malecon pastry and coffee shop next door. We will definitely stay again. Thank you.
