Upon arrival, the customer service from Casago was excellent. They assisted to check in and ensure we were able to access the property with no issues. However, at the property, my family and I encountered several problems. The guest rest room shower head was broken and unable to hold on its own. The master bedroom door and it's restroom, was unable to lock. We were not able to utilize the safe lock box as it did not have any battery and had to carry important documents around through out the stay. The hair dryer in the master bedroom was broken causing sparks and a terrible noise when turned on. The kitchen lights above the breakfast bar flickered and the sink seemed to be clogged as the water would take a while to go when doing dishes. I attempted to contact the property management to seek assistance the morning after I noticed the issues. I utilized the number provided at check in and a second number that called me after checking in, however, I was unable to connect with anyone. One of the telephone numbers allowed me to leave a voicemail, which I did, but no one called me back. Every time my family and I visit Puerto Penasco, I like staying at Las Palomas due to their amazing customer service and easy access with any concerns. I must admit I am disappointed with the overall stay compared to previous vacations. I will continue returning to Las Palomas in the future, but I will ensure the property is being managed by them directly.
