Las Gaviotas Resort on Sandy beach, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bath condominium. This one really has sweeping views from near the start of the beach. Las Gaviotas has a wonderful common area courtyard equipped with a pool, lounge chairs and BBQs. The Las Gaviotas resort has 43 units, so it is much smaller and more intimate than most resorts.

The Living room in this unit has been furnished with two dark brown sofas and one black leather that folds out into a comfortable bed for two additional guests. The room also has a light brown coffee table. Behind the large sofa, there is a beautiful stained glass window which makes the room brighter. The dining room has a round dining room table with seating for 2 and two kitchen bars with seating for 6. The dining room also has a door that leads out to the patio. The kitchen has been designed with Mexican tiles and light wood cabinets. The kitchen has white on white appliances which include a built-in microwave, oven, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. There is an island in the center of the kitchen that has been lined with bar stools as well as a breakfast bar area on the other side that also has seating. The island has a stovetop.
The Master bedroom has a large queen size bed with a light red, white and brown bedding set. There are matching bedside tables and a dresser to store your clothing. The master bathroom has a stand-up shower, mirrored closet doors and single sink vanity with plenty of space and lighting.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed. The room has matching bedside tables and dresser, the guest bathroom has a shower and single sink vanity.
The patio has been furnished with three lovely high back chairs perfect for watching the sunrise or sunset over the Sea of Cortez.
Las Gaviotas Resort allows only one vehicle per unit (No more), If you decide to bring a second one it must be parked outside of the premises.
