Guarded entrance, wheelchair accessible, clean room, clean grounds, very nice pool, comfortable beds, good water pressure. Biggest complaint is pictured was a kitchenette and the room did not have one. Not sure if we went during off season, but the poolside bar was not open.

This place is perfect if you are traveling with your wife and kids. My kids loved the pool and the amenities. The gate guards made things feel very safe and the service was very friendly. I’m definitely bringing back my family next time, and the price was very reasonable. Very happy for our experience!

Amazing place to take the kids everybody is super friendly. It’s super safe and clean. Will definitely stay again. Just 15 minutes from the beach five minutes away from everything we needed super spacious room two king beds. You open your door and the pool is right there. What more can you need with three little kids pool is clean and warm.

The pool is the crown jewel of the resort. It’s sat in the middle of the property with all rooms surrounding/facing it. The pool was where myself and my party mostly stayed as it was large, had seating in the water and was clean. The pool cabana bar with drinks was also a nice touch. I felt very safe staying here despite being somewhat outside of Puerto Peñasco proper. The resort is right on the main road leading into the city so it’s not a dealbreaker though. For the price, the comfort is also great. The beds were big and not uncomfortably hard like some hotel beds can be. The staff was also readily available whenever I had questions prior to staying as well. I would absolutely return and recommend this place to others. Thank you!

Great Hacienda start off the property has strict 24 hours security and the entrance for the guess to feel safe!!!! The rooms are very spacious ac supper cold king size beds are really comfortable.. swim up bar a plus big spacious pool kids and I loved the water slide…

Beautiful!

We stay there for 4 nights, it was very good, our kids love it. There was no food at hotel even fridge in the room, we had to buy ice every morning and evening and keep water bottles in our cooler. It took time for us use the store all the time. Also it was very small table in the room and not night stands beside the beds. Rest of all was wonderfull.
