The minimum age to book is 21 years old. The person making the reservation must be present the entire time of the rental period. Unit capacity is strictly enforced. Check-in is 4PM and checkout is 11AM. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 9AM. Infractions of any of these or other resort rules can result in eviction from the property with no refund.
