Charming 1 bedroom/1 bath condo in Rocky Point at the Sonoran Sun Resort, second floor. The bedroom has a king bed, large closet and a 55 inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with new cookware and standard appliances. It has a Nespresso coffee maker with pods, a Keurig coffee maker with pods and a drip machine. The spacious living room comfortably sits 5 people. It comes with a 65 inch smart TV. Both of the TVs are equipped with Netflix, Amazon Video and Hulu as well as cable. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with an updated memory foam mattress. The terrace has a table and chairs to enjoy coffee or a meal al fresco while taking in the beautiful views of the Sea of Cortes. The resort has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and a gym equipped with aerobic machines, weight machines and free weights. There is also a restaurant bar on the premises. The condo has very amenity you could want or need! Location is perfect as you’re literally a few steps to the pool and the beach. Sonoran Sun is a great resort as well with a restaurant onsite and 3 pools and pool bar! Overall an amazing few days!
