The Space:

Although the home is located in the second row from the beach, the vacant lot directly in front means you can still enjoy beautiful ocean views from the property. The beach is just steps away, making it easy to spend your days with your toes in the sand and your evenings enjoying the view.



Start your morning with coffee or breakfast on the veranda while watching the sun come up over the Sea of Cortez. In the evening, gather around the outdoor fireplace or head up the short staircase to the rooftop margarita deck for sunset drinks and ocean breezes.



The home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway, including a fully stocked kitchen, WiFi, Smart TV, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of outdoor space.



Bungalow de la Playa comfortably sleeps 4 guests in two bedrooms, with the option to accommodate a 5th guest on the sofa.



Playa Encanto offers a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere with 24-hour gated security, beautiful soft-sand beaches, and fewer crowds than many of the busier areas of Rocky Point.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home and can conveniently access the property using the lockbox and key provided at the home.

Guests can also enjoy convenient access to nearby dining and entertainment, including restaurants at Encantame Resorts. The nearby estuary offers a beautiful natural setting, and Punta Roja Oyster Farm is just a short drive away for a true taste of the local Rocky Point experience.

Other Things to Note:

Please help us preserve the beauty and peaceful atmosphere of Playa Encanto by following the community's HOA rules:



-Off-road vehicles and trailers are not permitted for guest use within Playa Encanto. If you are bringing an off-road vehicle, it will need to be parked at the security entrance.

-Playa Encanto and Playa La Jolla are serviced by hauled water. Water conservation is very important, so please be mindful of water usage during your stay. IE. No washing your vehicle, no leaving water running & make reasonable efforts to conserve. Thank you.

-Fireworks are not permitted within the community.

-Pets must be kept on a leash when outside and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them.

-Playa Encanto is a gated community with 24/7 security, providing a peaceful and family-friendly environment for residents and guests.
