You will be surrounded by the modern convenience's of home in this 1 bedroom 1 bath beach-themed condo located in the gated community of the El Pueblo complex. This privately owned gem overlooks the beautiful tropical garden and swimming pool area from the furnished covered deck with BBQ. Venture up the circular stairs to the private palapa for ocean views and a refreshing sea breeze. The perfect place to sunbathe, practice your morning yoga, sip on your happy hour cocktail or simply admire the breath-taking heavenly nights the city offers.Central air & heat plus 1 ceiling fan and an electric fireplace available for your best comfort. Brisa del Mar has a King size bed and 1 lazy boy sleeper sofa this unit comfortably sleeps 4.

The large living/dining area hosts an entertainment center with cable TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, DVD, plus dozens of movies, music, games for hours of fun. Relax with one of the many books available to all.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large refrigerator. Plus, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, Keurig machine along with complimentary stocked coffee/tea station to start your day off right. sip your coffee at the kitchen bar, an inside table, or one of the two outside tables to soak up every minute while in paradise. Our stay was great, we enjoyed it very much. The A/C did break during our stay, but the property manager was responsive and had it fixed the following day. The pool was a little cool, but would have been great during the hotter months. Overall I would recommend this place.

The condo is not on the street in front of the beach as indicated on map and you can’t see the ocean (false advertising). Didn’t have hot water and it took a few days for them to fix it. People burned trash across the street at an empty lot so we weren’t able to enjoy the outside pool and patio.

Perfect Location & Staff!

Oceana is by far the very best company to work with for rentals! They were very helpful with recommendations and accommodating a last minute change in our travel dates. The condo was beautiful and very clean. I will be booking directly though them moving forward!
