Never was advised of the construction next door to where we were staying. The place next to ours had 3 different tenants the 6 days we were there. When we were arriving to the entrance of Isla Del Mar we were pulled over for tinted windows by local police. Total shake down for cash took the 43 dollars in cash I had in my wallet and paid the officer. Be advised carry cash with you at all times when running around this place or you will be told to go to the local court to pay your fine. Too bad this happens here could be a great place to have a good time. Also the concierge’s is non existent.
