Beautiful property, delicious breakfast, wonderful staff. I marked it three stars because we did not sleep all of Saturday night. There is a bar across the street. The music was blaring until four am. We were told it would be quiet Sunday and it was. The ear plugs and pillows couldn’t hide the noise.

The hotel pool and bar is great. Breakfast was diverse and varies day to day. Room was clean but nothing spectacular. Everything around here will be walk ups but the AC in the rooms are excellent. I love that they have an airport shuttle Terrible wifi pretty much throughout the hotel except by reception.

The room is basic, not modern but very clean and spacious and good value for the price! The staff are all very friendly and helpful, I speak very little Spanish and most of the staff did not speak English but they tried their best to communicate and help with any questions I had. It is a very nice clean hotel with friendly staff. However, there were a few things about it that I did not like. There is no soundproofing. You can hear everything happening outside, in the hallways, and furniture dragging in the rooms above you. The pool was very hot. It felt like a hot tub. It was not comfortable. They offer pool towels. The towels are clean, but they smell bad from overuse. The food was overpriced for the buffet and some items from the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was mediocre.
