Average but people are nice

A good team of receptionnist, friendly and available but our room had not a climatisation for a weather around 35 degree. A lot of Wreck in around the stairway and it is a hotel next to Scrap dealer so a lot of noises during the morning. And finally there no surfer inside there are old people. But we are at 20 min by feet for the beach of waves and 5 min for the shops and the big beach !

The place was alright, although it did not have air conditioner, the maid would clean the room but would not leave clean towels nor toilet paper everyday she cleaned. We had to ask the receptionist every time we needed toilet paper included for each day as well as clean towels.

Está perfecto para quedarte una sola noche, pues no tiene aire acondicionado y el calor es insoportable en las noches. El cuarto está bien, el personal de recepción y limpieza es muy amable y siempre están atentos. El único detalle es que la sábana tenía unas manchas pequeñas pero parecía de maquillaje o pintura, igual la toalla que nos dejaron se veía muy vieja, pero pedí otra y sin problema me la cambiaron. En general creo que es una buena opción si solo estás de paso una noche, no para quedarte varios días.

Use esta opción ya que maneje desde centro oxaca y mi idea era solo descansar despues de un dia de playa antes de regresar ese mismo dia (osea que lonusaria solonunas horas) y no tuve empatia de los encargados que no me dejaron usar la habitacion antes, solo despues de las 3pm iba en compañia de un adulto mayor y regresariamos a oaxaca a las 6pm, por el trayecto y aunque reserve una habitación triple y en todo momento puse 3 adultos en la aplicación resulta que era habitación triple para 2 personas... y me hicieron cobro extra por dejar pasar 3 adultos por

Excelente servicio y trato muy amable, no apoyaron en todo, en general hace falta un poco de limpieza, por ejemplo la tela mosquitera de la ventana estaba muy sucia, los mosaicos del baño algunos tienen puntos negros la regadera no estaba en tan buenas condiciones le haría falta un mantenimiento de limpieza, pero en general está muy bien, el wifi en la noche ya no alcanza para todas las pantallas del hotel,muy buena ubicación, lo recomiendo ampliamente
