"APARTAMENTO FRENTE OCÉANO" is located in Tenerife, on the beautiful Playa Martianez in Puerto de la Cruz, just 30 meters from the ocean.



This studio is a fully independent apartment, recently renovated and carefully furnished in every detail. It is not a hotel room or a shared-bathroom apartment, but a complete private solution designed for maximum comfort. It can accommodate up to four guests, with a separate bedroom, a living room with a fully equipped private kitchen, and an elegant bathroom reserved exclusively for guests.



The apartment offers high-speed private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and dishwasher with detergents included, personal hygiene products, and everything needed for a pleasant stay.



The property is barrier-free, and elevators ensure easy access. Guests have access to the condominium parking—an added value in this area—available in the inner courtyard and on the adjacent street (not reserved).



Outside, there is a communal garden. The recently renovated communal pool is on the 7th floor, with a large sun terrace offering views of the ocean, Mount Teide, and Puerto de la Cruz.
