En general todo bien, la atención es muy buena, tiene buena ubicación ya que el mercado municipal está a 2 minutos y el centro de Cholula a unos 8 o 10 minutos caminando, lo único malo es que cuando quisimos bañarnos no salía agua caliente, solo tibia y un día tenía un olor muy malo el agua, pero se comento al encargado y lo revisaron y aunque seguía oliendo ya era mínimo, otro inconveniente es que se escucha mucho las otras habitaciones ya que todos los muebles son de madera y apenas te sientas rechinan mucho, la persiana de nuestra habitación no cerraba por completo tuvimos que hacer una cortina con una cobija, fuera de eso todo muy bien

La antena de TV estaba en la ventana y entonces no se podía cerrar. Costó trabajo abrir la puerta porque la madera estaba hinchada. Tarda muchísimo en salir el agua caliente, es increíble el desperdicio.

El lugar es muy bonito, sin embargo, la limpieza de la habitación y la atención en el check in da mucho que desear. Considero que tienen muchas áreas de oportunidad en esos rubros. Es un Plus que aceptan mascotas, sin embargo, hay condiciones que deben dar con tacto y no generalizar el comportamiento de las mascotas y dar por hecho acciones.

Por el precio no tiene que ser una maravilla pero creo que se queda corta por el precio. La TV muy pequeña, instalaciones muy viejas, el piso se despega, no había agua caliente y no ponen jabón ni shampoo. Ventaja es que está relativamente cerca del centro (5 calles) y tiene estacionamiento
