Fabulous hotel. Big and airy rooms. Very comfy beds. Great sound proofing. Full breakfast included (even though it said continental when I booked). Easy walk to the Centre. The only downside is that the bar plays very loud music (rap music when we went) so we didn’t hang around. It also closes at 7pm - which I think is fairly normal for hotel bars it seems.

Rooms were very nice and large and beds very comfortable. Everything is very new and updated with nice air conditioning. The staff was pleasant but not overly so. The price includes a free “American Breakfast” their words not mine. Only real complaint is there’s no coffee in the mornings when you wake up and if there is it’s cold. Walking to OXXO just sucks before you’re even awake.

Great hotel for families or couples get away

Our experience was good. Beautiful property each room decorated individually, bed & pillows were super comfortable, they keep the room clean, quiet to sleep.The breakfast included could be a bit more, but it was good and appreciated. Excellent front desk customer service, we’ll definitely stay here next time we visit Puebla as they make you feel like home. This is a gem of a hotel.
