Initial access to the lobby is very difficult. I had to find a random guest to provide me with access to the lobby. After that issue, I loved the stay! It was a great hotel!! I would love to stay here again!!

La experiencia fue muy mala. No había agua caliente, el internet pésimo. Nos quedamos atrapados en el elevador porque necesitabas una tarjeta que no nos dieron. Para llegar del estacionamiento al elevador nos quedamos esperando como 15 min porque no había nadie y se podía acceder al mismo. Trataron de abrir la habitación antes del check out.

Pésimo!!! Cuando llegue la reservación estaba cancelada, no había personal de recepción, solo el vigilante, comento que el hotel estaba lleno y que por decisión propia del señor le dio mi habitación a otras personas por qué creyó que no iba a llegar, pésimo sistema de reservación no confirmo nada, aún, cuando hicieron el cargo a mi tarjeta.

El desayuno muy bueno, su servicio también muy atentos. El estacionamiento muy seguro. Lo malo es que no te dan tarjeta que es necesaria para salir por el elevador... siempre tuvimos que pedir ayuda para sacarnos del elevador.

Es un pequeño hotel en el área de Ángelópolis, fue un poco difícil encontrarlo, no se alcanzaba a ver el letrero. Son suites sencillas, en nuestro caso solo le faltaba el refrigerador. Como observación, le falta mantenimiento en la habitaciones, El punto bueno , fue el personal siempre dispuesto ayudar, el desayuno sencillo pero completo y el estacionamiento.
