Existe servicio de elevador y una fonda de comida la cual te hace descuento en desayuno..muy ricos. Se los recomiendo en su próximo viaje a puebla..además es un hotel económico, limpio y muy buen tratamiento de parte del personal.

El recibimiento estuvo bien, solo que mi error no fue notificar inmediatamente que la llave que me proporcionaron para abrir la habitación estaba en mal estado y tuve una mala experiencia con el Joven que me recibió en la noche que regrese, por no poder abrir y no me iba arriesgar a romper la llave, una persona muy grosera, que lejos de ayudar y solucionar me echo la culpa.

Si tienen la oportunidad hospedarse aquí DESAPROVECHENLA, Ni por muy barato que estuviera me volvería a hospedar, No respetan el precio de la habitación que según no habían actualizado la aplicación, reserve un mes antes y que según en esa semana que me hospede se hizo el cambio de precio, aparte de que me querían cambiar de habitación a una más chiquita con mentiras de que no funciona el lavabo, lo único que quería era descansar y tuve que estar dando vueltas en recepción por SU error.

La recepcionista decía que no tenia mi reservation pero no la habia buscado bien y después me comentaba que el precio en la app era excesivo pero no reviso cuantas noches eran, la habitación aun no estaba disponible, tardo mucho en asignarla, la zona es horrible, hacen mucho ruido en la noche y no hay agua caliente. Fuera de eso y por el precio estuvo bien
