A really great place to stay, with courteous and attentive staff. The location is excellent—close to historical sites like Centro Histórico and Cholula. The included full breakfast is a big plus, as not many places offer that. Highly recommended, the room was spacious and comfortable and was kept clean every day by the great housekeeper!

The room is a good size and clean. The fitness center is well equipped. Breakfast is excellent with regional cuisine and many options. Staff is courteous and helpful. There is plenty of parking in a private lot across the street. It was a better experience than I expected.

Absolutely the best! It was close to walmart and the bus terminal, that was a big plus for us. And just a smalll commute to the centro of Puebla (taxi ride $82 mexican pesos Uber ride) And i can't forget to mention that we got upgraded at no charge. Excellent customer service!
