Room was clean. Heating /cooling is shared with other rooms so depending on what demand load is cooling may take precedent if you might desire heating. The location was amazing as it was 3 short blocks to the Zocalo de Puebla, the heart of the Historic Center. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Casa Sabino is an excellent bistro right next door.

This hotel is very small and the rooms were not very comfortable due to the noise and the water smelling every time you opened the faucet. We were in the first floor and could hear dogs barking super early in the morning and the staff talking and laughing as well. The walls in the rooms seem to be paper thin. The upside to staying here is being able to walk to all the little stores and restaurants.

The hotel its beautiful with a great location. The only two things i didn't like about it ilwas that you could heard everything through the walls and doors. And after turning the water on in the bedroom sink on the second day, the water had a nasty smell. We started ising water bottle to brash our teeth, wash our hands and face. For some reason the shower didn’t had a bad smell. That's the reason I gave it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ instead of 5 stars. Other than that the hotel is in a great location, only 3 blocks from Puebla's Zocalo and La Catedral.

La recepción fue un poco agridulce, llegamos muchas horas antes de lo planeado y mucho antes del check in y como que a la señorita de la recepción de la noche no le pareció, nunca había tenido problemas al hacer check in antes del horario, de ahí en fuera todos los demás empleados fueron muy amables y serviciales, las instalaciones estaban impecables, el único contra es que en el 5to piso se escucha desde temprano hasta tarde el ruido de donde jalan sillas o muebles en el restaurante, la ubicación fue excelente para conocer el centro de la ciudad
