The AC unit stopped working. They were accommodating and brought us fans because they were booked and couldn’t move us. Then they reserved us a different room for the second night.

Great breakfast - clean rooms - Pet-friendly - There is an "old" smell in the hotel. I don't know how they'd get rid of it. Maybe change out the carpet?

Very convenient location, staff friendly upon check-in which went smoothly. Room does need some updating (cracked bathroom tile, toilet is placed crooked so when you stand up, hit head on towel rack, bathroom mirror is discolored in several places, and the shower head doesn’t work properly (only one of the settings works on the shower head). Having shampoo & conditioner provided in shower is great and would be awesome to also have shower gel as offered by other hotel chains.

Nice clean no frills hotel. Very friendly staff. My only complaint is there is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage or traveling with an elderly person who can’t climb stairs it could be a problem. Otherwise a nice hotel. I would stay there again if in the area.
