Staff was great friendly. Room was a firetrap with exposed electrical wires hanging out of outlet under the bed; surge protector used for too many outlets. Lots of unpainted, bare spots on walls. Grossest condition was watching runny-nose staff person checking on breakfast items, whistling while lifting and looking into warm food holders, then wiping nose with back of his hand before repeating the process of opening and whistling and looking into another food warmer. Pretty gross.

Everything was pretty good. It’s clearly an older property. I have a pretty sensitive nose and there were a lot of old place smells although it was kept clean. The staff did not seem very professional to me.

The room was clean, bed was comfy. However, the toilet tank was leaking onto the floor, making puddles we had to keep wiping up. Bathroom sink had no plug. Things could have easily dropped down into the drain. Side door (#3) didn't work with key card. Reported both problems. Lobby toilet was filthy and full of "black" mold everywhere. Breakfast was good, thank you. Price was good.
